General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer

Todd Stanley has over 15 years of experience practicing law in the energy industry as both inside and outside counsel with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, joint ventures and complex commercial transactions as well as corporate finance and debt and securities offerings. Prior to forming Camelback Midstream, Todd served as Senior Counsel – Commercial and Logistics at Andeavor, where he supported logistics M&A and organic growth. Prior to the merger of Western Refining and Andeavor, Todd was Associate General Counsel – M&A and Finance at Western Refining following his transition from outside counsel at Vinson & Elkins. Todd’s experience also includes negotiation and execution of transport and deficiency agreements, acreage dedications and legal support with respect to governance and pipeline regulations (including FERC). Todd Stanley holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, a M.A. from the University of Virginia and a B.A. from Presbyterian College in South Carolina.
